What are NFTs?
NFTs are like certificates of authenticity. Typically COA are only used for high value auctions and museums. Now every day collectors can use tools of the same caliber to secure their digital assets.
Artists benefit from the ability to collect “forever royalties” on their artworks. 10% of the profit goes back to the original artist each time the artwork changes hands.

MAGICAL ROSES from CRYSTAL GLASS
Magical roses only exist in hyperreality, suspended somewhere in the space between digital and physical, 2D and 3D. The lens flare and glitter they give off are more than just visual effects, they use the lighting of the sparkles to traverse through dimensions. Although beautiful, it is a rare flower. While wandering the metaverse, keep an eye out for anything exceptionally dazzling — It might be magical.
Nexus I — Sprials by Quinn Keck
Nexus is a collaborative piece where a machine learning algorithm interprets viewer’s inputs and creates images. Each participant submits answers to a short questionnaire, and an abstract personalized image is generated using machine learning labels that correspond to their answers. These labels allow viewers to interact with abstract art in concrete terms and images from users with similar responses to be visually similar. Individual personalized images are combined in one moving piece as a visual way for the participants to interact with another and viewers to witness responses.
Trench 1.1 by Snow Yunxue Fu
Trench is set in a digitally simulated space resembling an abstracted oceanic environment not unlike the Mariana Trench. While diving deeper within the simulation, the participant approach’s various CGI marine-like objects, which will trigger natural and glitched phenomena that alter the digital experience. Fu’s work draws parallels between the physical, virtual, metaphysical, and multi-dimensional, setting the viewer in a liminal space at the threshold of each in what Turner called “a period of scrutiny for central values and axioms.” Within the digital space created by Snow Yunxue Fu, we are offered an encounter to reflect on our response to the simultaneously beautiful and overwhelming artifice of the techno-sublime.
CODAME is a member of Intersection for the Arts a non profit 501(c)(3) organization. All proceeds will be split with the participating artists.
